Import Error when importing additional FAQs

    Hi,
    as reopening a ticket doesn’t seem to work I’m opening a new one. There are still problems with the import of FAQs.

    Like previously reported the initial import worked fine.

    Now I want to import additional FAQs. No matter if I’m using a xlsx or a csv file the import doesn’t work. I don’t get any error message. How do I proceed:

    1. Selecting the file
    2. Pressing button “Import Spreadsheet FAQs”
    3. Then the screen is updating – neither an error message nor a message for successful import
    4. When I have a look in “FAQs” tab there is still the same amount of FAQs as before the import.
