Issue with Gutenverse Library import function

    Hi,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the Gutenverse library functionality. When I click “import this section” from the Gutenverse template library, the media files successfully upload to my media library, but the selected pattern/section does not appear on my page.

    Is there an activation step I’m missing for imported sections? Does the section need to be manually placed after importing?

    I’m using WordPress latest version with the latest version of Gutenverse plugin. Any assistance troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    have you waited until the import finished?

    the process should look like this. if the import has been finished but the section is still not showing up on your page, please check if there are any error on the console just like i did at the last part of the video:

    Hi,

    Yes, I wait until the import is completely finished. The Gutenverse Library modal window automatically closes at the end of the import, indicating that the process is complete. However, despite this, no section is added to my page.

    Hi,

    There are nothing wrong printed in the console. it may be because your server blocked our IP. Since we are using Cloudflare, our IP addresses are dynamic. You’ll need to try and whitelist Cloudflare’s IP ranges, which you can find here: Cloudflare IPs.

    Or,

    • Change browser or try it from incognito mode.
    • Try creating local WP site, and then try importing our sections from there.
