    Hi norico

If you have a moment, please could you reply to the last message from Alex, that’ll help us move forward and assist in resolving this challenge.

    Here is what Alex asked:

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to replicate this issue with the provided layout.

Are you able to replicate this issue on a different website?

If so, at this point, we really need to take a closer look at your overall settings as we haven’t been able to replicate this issue with the provided layout. We aren’t however allowed to ask for login details. Would it be possible for you to post on our forums so we can take a closer look? (please do not include anything private/sensitive in your initial post as the threads are public).

    Thanks 🙂

good evening, yes it is not only on this site.
I’m just add a taxonomy in the query.
Sticky posts are no longer in front of standard posts.

    thank you.

Super, thanks for confirming. The second part of the question from Alex was regarding access via our forums.

    hi,
There is no setting to do, just select a taxonomy in the loop. 🙁

    Hi Norico,

Thanks. That’s what I had gathered so I just wanted to confirm.

Unfortunately, we cannot replicate this issue. Are you able to replicate this issue on a different website (ideally, on a different server altogether)? I ask because that will rule out an issue specific to the website you’re trying to do this on (this would also explain why we cannot replicate this issue).
