    Hi, I’m testing this plugin for a customer… the customer has klarna as the main gateway, and as mentioned in the faq the gateway shouldn’t have anything to do..

    I added my phone number to the blacklist, and went trough with an order. I ordered as normal, and the order went as normal.

    Is there something I’m missing here? For the note, I’m signed in on the site – as in order to use the woocommerce part, you’ll need an account. Is this the issue? (yes i was a admin account)

    On the setting page i selected “prevent order”, and i also added my number to the blocklist (not the suspect list).

    Is there a issue with klarna checkout here that doesnt work with the plugin?

    Hi there,

    Could you please share the exact plugin URL you mentioned in your message, so we can confirm we’re looking at the same one?

    Also, one thing to double-check: the phone format you added to the blocklist. Sometimes the plugin expects a very specific format (e.g., with country code +47… vs. 0047… vs. plain digits), and mismatches can cause the block rule not to trigger.

    If you can confirm both the plugin URL and the exact format you used when adding your number to the blocklist, we’ll be able to narrow down whether it’s a format issue, Klarna checkout quirk, or something else.
