    Hi,
this morning, I have updated the plugin to 1.5.36.
Since then, the thumbnail don’t load. There is the “waiting to charge” turning icone on each thumbnail. And if I click on it, the gallery is displayed normally in the lightbox.

I have desactivated the lazy load option (I don’t have any specific extension for that) and the thumnails are displayed.

What can it be ? A srcipt problem ?

    Thanks.

  • Dear @laudag,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Can we please have the page link?

here is the first level of the photos albums. Each contains other photos albums. When Lazy load is active in the photo album plugin options, the thumbnails never load, even if the albums still works in lightbox.

    Thank you for the details.

Please go to the gallery options and choose YES for “Enable dynamic URLs for galleries and gallery groups”.

Let us know how it worked!

I want to report a similar issue with my photo gallery. When I click on each photo to open a lightbox I only get a throbber and the image doesn’t open.

I had the same issue few months ago, caused by wrong information in description field (see post https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/slideshow-problem-since-last-update/#post-11912738). The description field is now ok.

The below are the errors I get now:

    Hi Avalon,

Please make sure you are using the most updated version of Photo Gallery plugin (if you are using that), WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.

Furthermore, deactivate all of your plugins except Photo Gallery. If this solves the problem, reactivate each plugin one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin. If found, contact that plugin’s developers for help, or use a different plugin.
Switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Fifteen to see if your theme is causing an issue. If so, contact the theme’s developers for help, or use a different theme.

Then, clear all cache (server cache, caching plugin, and browser cache).

    Thank you!

    Have a nice day!

    Thank you kimabaghdasaryan,

this morning I got and update alert from Photo Gallery and one other plugin. I have updated both and now the issue seems to have been solved!

    Thank you for your support!

    Avalon
