LINK NOT WORK

Hi, I’m following this tutorial: http://manos.malihu.gr/page-scroll-to-id-for-wordpress-tutorial/, but I realized after creating the link in the menu, where I have to create the shortcut on page.
I create one page with different div and each div insert: [ps2id url = ‘http: //site.com/#section-1’] Section 1 [/ ps2id] as title
or
I create different pages and top of the page insert: [ps2id url = ‘http: //site.com/#section-1’] Section 1 [/ ps2id]?
What should I write on the page of the menu item?
