    I have a customer who purchased one of our website, but is unable to log in to the website, receiving the error message: “{“error”:{“code”:400,”message”:”BILLING_NOT_ENABLED”,”errors”:[{“message”:”BILLING_NOT_ENABLED”,”domain”:”global”,”reason”:”invalid”}]}}.”

    The site uses woocommerce

    If I understand you correctly, one of your customers purchased one of your websites and is receiving the error message BILLING_NOT_ENABLED when trying to log into the site. Is that correct?

    In that case, the error message “BILLING_NOT_ENABLED” generally means that the billing system or payment gateway on your WooCommerce site has not been properly configured or enabled.

    To resolve this issue, please go to your WooCommerce settings, then to the ‘Payments’ tab. Ensure that the correct payment methods are enabled and properly set up. Also, check if your WooCommerce, WordPress, and all related plugins are up-to-date.
