    Just a question – are we able to separate content for the chatbot to answer based on who’s logged in or a membership tier? Or if they have a certain course?

    Hi @milee21!

    There is currently not a way to do this. I’ve had several users ask/request this, so I guess it’s time I take a look at it! Functionally it wouldn’t be hard for me to do. It would be similar to the role based rate limiting, but when submitting the content you could select which roles would have access to it + set a message to say when rejected like “You must be logged in or have this role to get this answer. Join Today!”. Then when the bot is retrieving content is simply checks the user role before handing it to the AI to respond.

    I will take a look at this ASAP and see if I can get it in the next update.

    Yep! I’ve released a brand new roadmap section where you can track the progress of features and requests. Today this will be moved from “in review” to “under development” and is expected to be in the next update.

    Hi @milee21,

    This was released just now in version 2.3.9. After you have submitted content, you will be able to change the access to it by selecting a role from a dropdown in the knowledge database. I know the current implementation isn’t ideal, especially if you want to restrict thousands of entries to specific roles, but being able to change after submitting was a requirement that was needed anyways and it was also the quickest/easiest option to get this up and running for you ASAP.

    Coming soon (likely the next update) you will also be able to select this role when submitting content. This is pretty extensive work, though, as I have to go over every single way a user has to submit content (5 different ways) and rework them to include this option when submitting and figure out the UI etc.

    Question: I have custom roles created. Is that covered in the “& Above” selections?
