ok, i see, it works on mobiletest, but I assure you that on smartphones you can not tap the different languages;
if you keep pressed the button it shows the language menu, but does not allow you to click on languages, I tested it on several smartphones!

what type of mobile device and browser are you using?
i’ve tried it on iPhone 5 with safari, and samsung galaxy with chrome

try Use Pre-Path Mode (Default, puts /en/ in front of URL). SEO friendly.
The other language switcher beside Location does that work?
Try it with – delete one of the language switchers in the menu.
I tried everything you said, but still not working.
the real problem in mobile version is that when you press the menu button of the languages it appears but disappears immediately without giving you the opportunity to select one.
