the first language switcher is your default switcher that i simply added to the primary menu, the second switcher, the circle one, appeared when i enabled the compatibility functions but i don’t know where its settings are

but i want it, its design is good and much better than the default one,
all I need is that when you push the language round button, in mobile version, the language menu remains fixed allowing you to choose

who created that design? How is it created?
If it does not work you have to change that (custom) design (settings)

you have previously used another translation plugin?

Is it a part of your theme?

So this seems part of your theme?
Check this by using a standard WP theme.
