Hi Nick, yes the issue still exists – same URLs.
I’m using the public XML feeds and the GCE widget. As I said before, navigation works ok on the list view but not working on the grid view.

Do you have a link to a page where you are getting that error? The links in your original post don;t seem to be running the plugin anymore so I can’t tell from those ones.

Same problem at http://www.rockymountainhighway.org grid calendar month navigation goes to top of page instead of next month.
What happens if you disable other plugins and use a default theme, does that make it work?
Want to see if I can narrow this down.

harpermartin – I am having the same issue – my “next” and “back” navigation does not advance the grid, just goes to top.
Changed theme, deactivated plug-ins one at a time, still same problem. The calendar that isn’t working is a widget, the feed is working here: http://rockymountainhighway.org/gce_feed/1103/
Tried the same; no difference. Interestingly, mine is using the widget as well.
Now the whole feed is dead.

What version of the plugin are you using?
Upgraded to 2.1.1, feed is back but same problem with “next” and “back” navigation on the widget.
Are you using a grid for the widget or a list?
