Move plugin settings page under Settings menu

    This plugin does NOT need a top-level menu (like WooCommerce, Yoast etc).
    Please move it under Settings, where it belongs. It’s a one page screen, which most users won’t even edit. It takes too many spaces in vertical admin navigation.
