The positioning issue is unrelated to the core plugin and was an add-on issue (theme customiser). I cant provide support for that here, but it has been fixed.
For the pinecone its hard to say right now. It looks like maybe an API key error and the other is just a stack trace debug log.
Are you using pinecone and if so are you experiencing issues?
