    I am about to buy the MXChat Pro account but wanted to be sure of what I need for the bot to run efficiently.

    A Pinecone.io account to store the database and will OpenRouter API work instead of different API’s for each separate AI model?

    And the WooCommerce add-on is available through the Pro account, correct? I need the customer’s tracking numbers to be pulled upon customer request(s).

    Thanks for reaching out. Pinecone and Openrouter are both available in the free version. You can use one API key for all Openrouter models. You will need an API key for an embedding model they are separate. A week or two ago Openrouter released embedding models in their service and this will be added soon. Once added you could then use 1 API key for both chat & embedding models.

    For WooCommerce add-on please contact us via our website (support ticket or contact form). We are not allowed to provide support here for premium add-ons.
