Need option to use plugin without Ajax

Hi. I appreciate that you’ve made a major update to the plugin to use AJAX now so that it works with caching plugins, etc, but for how we’ve been using it, we really need the option for the shortcodes to still work the old way, server-side.
Is there any chance that you could maybe add a parameter to the shortcode, such as ‘ajax=”false”‘ that will make the shortcode work the old non-ajax way and make everything happen server-side?
