    Hello,

Could you kindly provide more details or share a screenshot of the error? This will assist in better understanding the issue and allow us to offer a more accurate solution.

This issue was caused by another plugin causing a fatal error when attempting to split the order.

The plugin that was erroring during the split has been fixed and is no longer giving an error, but the order is still not splitting when it is enabled. A blank order is being created, but then the error given is “Error occurred while fetching order items.”

Below is the little debug being output:

[05-Apr-2025 04:14:27 UTC] Invalid order in save_custom_billing_fields. Order ID: 5205

[05-Apr-2025 04:15:24 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 4294967296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 286720 bytes) in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 7232

I raised the memory limit to see if that would help, but it did not so I am going to lower it back down.

The plugin that it is conflicting is Multiple Order Email Recipients for WooCommerce by Addify.

    Hello,

It seems the plugin Multiple Order Email Recipients for WooCommerce by Addify is a paid plugin. In this case, unfortunately, we do not have access to work with it.
