Same here, don’t hold your breath for an answer though
Has any one had an email back yet ?? This seems to be a common fault
Yes I heard back today. You’re not going to like this..
Hi Keith,
Unfortunately, WOWslider really has problems with WordPress. We’ve sent your request to our developer team. They’ll try to fix the problem in the next version.

I think WordPress Org should be made aware of this. I mean it doesn’t work! Its one thing for a plugin to be a bit naff but when it doesn’t;t work and you’re selling it to people..
Try to use the latest version 6.9
Wordpress problems are fixed now.
I have, It still fails. Can I email somebody my (long) list of what is still wrong with it including screen shots.
Emailing Tanya has so far resulted in emails telling me the next version will fix the issue when it does no such thing. I have wasted literally days on this product + customer cash.
Please, tell us what is still wrong with your WOW Slider at [email protected]
You can also include screenshots.
I have once before that’s why Tanya replied to me.
I just downloaded and installed the latest version (7) and can confirm that it does work now.
Thanks for the update.
I beg to differ and will send the screen shots today
PDF Sent with screenshots to support the following:
When I add images to a new slide show WOW Slider Closes down.
When I add title, url and description details they don’t always update immediately
When I publish the project it corrupts the file so I have to remember to save it before I publish then don’t save it when published.
When I then load the zip file plugin into WordPress 4.0 and display it I can see that the text is being cut off.
Tim,
Have you tried creating a new slideshow from scratch? When I do Wow Slider closes. I also have issues with text running off the edge of the slide. See demo at http://howellcomputing.co.uk/slider/ which I updated using v7.0
Many thanks.
Yes, made several. I haven’t had any issues other then the upload to WordPress not working. That seems to have been resolved in Ver. 7

Thanks Tim,
This is a PDF of my experience http://fluidwebdevelopment.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/WOW-Slider-Issues-2014-10-21.pdf
And the page where I am testing it can be found at http://howellcomputing.co.uk/slider/. You’ll see I’m having n issue with the text on the slider.
