Plugin install fail

    After creating a slider and saving it as a ZIP file I am getting the following error when attempting to add it as a plug-in…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin install failed.

    Return to Plugins page

    Any suggestions?

    For the record I have just updated to 7.2 and it now crashes when I change the template, not all of the templates mind you just the odd one. Keeps me on my toes.

    I’m emailing WOW Slider as well with the same lack of response. Can anybody please give customer relations a go?

    This latest version does not working. It creates problem from uploading…

    It’s saying…

    “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure”

    What should I do? Where is other version of WOW Slider?

    I tried to install the WowSlider plug in and it took my site down. (Down for maintenance). I can’t access the wp-admin either. How do I fix?
