• Hello. I am trying to rollback a plugin (Media Library Assistant) from v2.4 to v2.33, but I am getting an error:

Plugin you’re referencing does not exist.

    How can I resolve this?

I saw in another post you said:

My other thought is that perhaps your host has additional security in place for installing plugins. I’ve seen some hosts require an FTP password during the plugin install process. Do you have security like that by chance?

My host *does* require an FTP password during the plugn install process. And indeed, when I try to carry out the roll back, I am prompted to enter my password in the same way. But in this case, when I enter the correct password, I encounter the error.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

Which host are you using? We’d need to replicate the issue in order to understand it properly and potentially find a fix. The problem is that every host can implement those types of changes in different ways which we can’t anticipate or account for.

But let me know and we’ll dig into it. THanks!

I’m using Orchid. This is the link I use for support.
