Where did you get this plugin from? I can’t find any which match that name.
Hi James,
Is the second search result if you look under plugins. If you type pop up
Ok, I recommend asking at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/homepage-pop-up so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
I actually did but I’ve been waiting for about 3 days now. I even send then another inquiry but nothing. I thought it was something that wasn’t related to the pop up.
Thanks James.
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/pop-up-behind-logo posted two hours ago is the first thread you’ve posted to their support here.
Their plugin should be popping up, not popping up behind a logo, so it’s definitely a problem with the plugin. π
Ok got it. So I guess I’m at the mercy of the developers. Like I said, I’ve contacting them for a while and did post this at the plug in support. We’ll see.
Thanks
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/pop-up-behind-logo is the only contact you’ve made with theme here, 4 hours. They’ll reply when they can.
I know I did that one today, correct. Besides this post I’ve been trying to contact them via email and it’s been about 3 days or more and still waiting. I understand this things takes time for responses and I have to be patience.
Thanks James.
Hello James,
Sadly to say that I’m still waiting on the plugin support and nothing. So what I did is use another pop up plugin and the same problem occurs. So it seems is an issue with “layering” if that even makes sense?
I don’t know what else it could be. Any suggestions? Do think it has to do with the pre-loader feature the template has?
Thanks
Does it work just fine if you switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme?
Is that something I can easily switch without affecting the current template?
Yes, you can cleanly switch between themes. π
So yes it worked just fine using the other template. I’m assuming simply because it doesn’t have that big logo in the center. So it seems is a template issue? Any way to fix it?
Ok, yeah it’s definitely a theme issue.
What is the name of your theme, and where did you get it from?
