    Hello WordPress,

    I’ve installed the plugin “pop up” window by Magneticlabs and it works just fine. The problem is that it’s showing behind a logo and I don’t know how to move it in front of that logo. Here’ the website: http://www.themaghouse.com

    The pop is un-active until I fix the problem. But the logo that you see in the center is the one I’m talking about.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I didn’t purchase it. It was purchased by another web designer. I took over it to help the customer that owns the website.

    Ok, as that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
