    I was told that because I have purchased the premium plugin that my issues need to be resolved via [email protected] It has been several weeks and I am not getting replies from that email. Please advise?

    That’s the correct email address for customer support. Please note that our team replies to the issues in the order we receive them.

    Thanks for using our plugin. Since we cannot provide customer support for premium subscriptions in this forum, I will reply via our support channel.

    Again premium support not responding. I really like this plugin, however the 5 license package did not work when used on two sites. Tech support could not figure out why, so they sent me a single-site license. Two sites are now working great. That is three sites short of what I paid for. Please advise or ask them to send me three more single-site licenses. Thank you.
