    Hi, I’m writing because after updating my WordPress version, the template settings disappeared from the home page. When I go to edit the template, I see a lock at the top. If it’s closed, it still lets me see my template correctly, but it says: “You are in Show template mode. Click to go to Content Editing.” The fact is that if I go to content editing, nothing appears and it won’t let me implement the template I had previously designed.
    The template I have is Zeever.

    Hi,

    That is the new feature of wordpress, so you can edit the page while checking what it would look like with the template. buat you should be able to edit the template without issue.

    On the page, you can click on the template and select Edit template.

    Or you can go to Appearance> Editor > Template. and then choose the template to edit:
