Problem with anchors (id)
-
Hello
When you call an anchor from a page on the website, you arrive at the desired location. However, this action occurs in three stages, visible on the screen and undesired:1) Arrival at the anchor location.
2) Jump to the top of the page.
3) Return to the anchor location.Best regards, Daniel.

Hi,
I tested the issue using only the Gutenverse plugin and the Twenty Twenty-Five theme, but the problem did not occur.
My best guess is that you’ve got a plugin conflict going on. The easiest way to figure this out is to deactivate your plugins one by one. Just go through them, disable one, then test your anchors.Hello
Disabling the plugins doesn’t change anything. However, I have other sites with these same plugins, but with templates and associated Gutenberg block extensions other than Gutenverse and its themes (Waterlava) that don’t display this problem.Did you use a plugin to add a “scroll to top” feature?
It seems like there might be a conflict with that plugin. When the page loads, the browser quickly jumps to the anchor (because the HTML loads first). Then, once the JavaScript from the plugin kicks in, it scrolls to the top — and possibly jumps back to the anchor again, causing a flickering effect.Could you share your Gutenverse System Status? And the setting for using that feature?
A test performed by removing (not deactivated, but deleted) all plugins, so only the Gutenverse extension and the Waterlava theme remained in WordPress, the problem persists, cache cleared., the problem persists.
I found what was causing this issue.
Try removing the Google map from the page.-

Hello
The Gutenverse Google Map block has been removed, and the problem has disappeared. So, it’s definitely this block that’s causing this issue.Hi,
Thank you for replying. I’ve added the bug to our internal tracking list.
At the moment, I can’t confirm when it will be fixed, but our team is aware of it and will review it based on priority.
Thanks for your patience and understanding. As there’s no further action needed from your side at this time, I’ll go ahead and close this ticket.Hello, I don’t think version 3.1.1 has resolved the issue, contrary to what the changelog states. I’ve deleted and recreated the “Google Maps” block and cleared the caches, but to no avail.
Hi,
Did you create it before or after the update?
If it was created before the update, it may still be using the old version. Please try creating the map again after updating the plugin. If the issue persists, kindly provide the page’s code and your Gutenverse System Status so we can investigate further.
I tried before and after and other manipulations, the problem persists (https://institut-beaute-nature.fr/contact/#cadeau)
