So I tried to submit a URL via Direct URL Even though I can bring it up in a private/incognito window, it says there is no valid content found. So, I created a post and pasted the contents. That did not entirely work, as the page was too big. I broke the page down into 7 posts (days of the week), and I was able to query with success. The problem is the posts are not “pretty,” and nobody can see them, but the chatbot presents them as reference. Is there a way to have the chatbot point to a page on the site instead? I have the URL that had “no valid content” in an iFrame on a “pretty” page. Any help would be appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Nevermind. For future reference of another user, I just included explicit instructions in the AI Instructions (Behavior) section.

    Hi @rickskirch,

Glad you got it figured out! There are several ways to have the chatbot cite (reference) content to specific URLs. Let me know if you need more info.

    Thanks,

Maybe put those in the documentation? 🙂

Appreciate the feedback! I certainly will. The documentation is lacking at the moment. With the recent release (yesterday) of the multi bot add-on I’m building a brand new dedicated documentation bot. It will have access to every single little feature and more. It’s not ready, so it doesn’t know anything yet, but as I start roll that out the old documentation page will be vastly updated as well.
