registration settings missing

    Hello,
    I have run into a strange issue with my site. On my test server all looks and runs well. now on the clients server all was well till i updated the plugin than i went to add a custom field to make a fake capatcha box and than poof. now the registration SETTINGS, not the webpage, the actual settings to make the registration page is gone. the Tab is there it shows the TOS section but just above that is a bar that says custom fields and a button that does absolutely nothing. Now the page is there on my website with the form and the form works i just cant edit it at all. here is a screen cap of what i see on the clients server https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxO1f5iJ2qaESzRmNmM1LWJ4WFk/view?usp=sharing.

    I have tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling tried different versions same result. I have the same exact plugins on both my sites, same stats same everything accept this little glitch. any help would be great cause im at a loss and this needs to go live soon.     Hi, You should be able to do a fresh install by deleting the tables. Although I’m not sure how you are adding a custom field for captcha. There is no specific custom field to a add a captcha box in the “Affiliate Registration” tab. Is there a way I can reproduce this issue on our development site?

    It seems we haven’t receive any contact form submission from you either. Can you please send another email via the contact form?

    I have sent in a few so far though your form it says sent each time so i find that weird. But i seemed to of fixed it. I managed to get into the tables with a plugin and deleted the entire thing out of there and off my folders. than did a cold install and now it seems to be working again. as for recreating what i did no clue how i caused the glitch. As for the capatcha before i had the google plugin i just did a custom form field that i titled write Apple here for some reason it works and the apps that did come in i went form 15 a day down to 1 if it didn’t say apple i just deleted the app lol. I thank you all for all the help and ideas. The one things that’s happening now which i have a theory on is im getting double ticks for visits. Now i have a profile page with the link on the main page and the link inside the profile page so im wondering if that’s why its doubling the ticks not a big deal were after payments not ticks and if its always double i can make a notation to affiliates to divide their thing in half if its that vital. All in all im back and running and you gusy have been great. Keep up the great work. if you need more information please let me know im happy to help.
