It seems like some other plugin is conflicting or overwriting the Reply to address. Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2023 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check whether the issue persists?
Also, if possible, share the video of this complete case so I can try to reproduce this on our staging websites.

Thanks for the update. Just for your information; within the free POST SMTP plugin, our new optimized log section is in Beta, which we may release by next month. We have also release an update yesterday to add full support for PHP 8.1 to avoid any depreciation notices and to make it compatible with all future PHP releases (we recommend you to update if you haven’t yet). Apart from that, we are almost done with our Reports and tracking PRO addon, which we may release soon.
Check out the beta here.
Make sure to try it out on your staging website first and report any bugs
to us!
