    Hi,

    1) I can’t find how to fix the output when you share content. All the social networks are pulling the same thing. The title of post and site title are next to each other with no space.

    For example, output when you “Share a link with your followers” on Twitter looks as follows:
    New and Improved website launchedSite Title http://goo.gl/xxxx

    New and Improved website launched is the post title, the site title appears next to it with no space between.

    I thought I went through all the settings, but don’t see where to add that space or a character to separate the 2. Is this a plugin error or did I set something up incorrectly?

    2) I also see a message (in FB debugger) when I run a url, that fb:admin and fb:app_id hasn’t been set, is this bad? Would not having this cause other issues?

    Thanks for your continued help!

    From the debug info on that page:

    ngfbOpenGraph             :: get_all_images           : calling this->ngfb->media->get_attached_images(1,"ngfb-open-graph",212)
    	ngfbMedia                 :: get_attachment_image_src : image for pid:2354 size:ngfb-open-graph = http://www.awkwordrap.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/Instagram_logo1.png (200x200)
    	ngfbUtil                  :: slice_max                : max values reached (1 == 1)

    The Instagram_logo1.png media is “attached” to that page. You’ll need to remove the attachment.

    That was the weirdest thing. I ended up deleting the images from media library.. have no clue when they were from. Thank you so much for your help with this !!!!

    But the titles are still not showing with separator. I changed the value to a – (dash) and same results.

    I am out of ideas beyond another plugin being incompatible.

    Ok, glad things worked out with the image. It was a rather subtle problem. 😉

    I ran some tests with AIOSEO, and have two options for you:

    * On the AIOSEO General Settings page, enable the “Use Original Title” option.

    * I’ve made one more tiny change to the plugin, moving the title separator on the right of the title, which appears to solve the issue with AIOSEO, no matter if that option is enabled or disabled. You’ll have to download and re-install the plugin from this zip file: http://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/nextgen-facebook.6.7.4.1.zip. I didn’t bother changing the version number since it was such a small change…

    I really really appreciate your help, you provide amazing support. The issue is still not resolved for some reason. Its definitely AIOSEO because as soon as I disable it the problem goes away.

    I have 2 options:
    1) contact them to have them troubleshoot and try to fix on their end, but I worry how long this would take.

    2) switch to Yoast.. but he has been using AIOSEO for over 4 years and I worry the metadata wont convert properly… alot of stored posts.

    Any additional suggestions?
    Honestly, I truly appreciate your attention in resolving this. If you think upgrading would be smart to gain more control over this issue I would definitely consider it.

    opened a support thread for AIOSEO to see if they can figure it out.

    Are you sure you installed that zip file? Maybe I should have changed the version number… Alternatively, you can download and install the current DEV version from http://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/nextgen-facebook.zip, turn on debug mode, and provide a URL to an example page.

    I had replicated and fixed the issue on my end. I’m not sure why it’s not working on yours… Hm.

    That was weird, when I did it last night I did it from link you provided. Just re-tried and it looks like its working.

    I can’t thank you enough for your outstanding customer support, you are awesome!!!

    btw, love the share bar also. One small request for future was to add Reddit and maybe Digg. Either way, it’s an excellent plugin, am going to look into pro version in the future once we complete what we been working on.

    Thanks.

    Don’t forget to rate / review the plugin if you have 2 mins — it’ll help others when making a decision between the various open graph / twitter card plugins. 😉

    And definitely go with the Pro — it has a lot of very useful features, and an excellent implementation of Twitter Cards.
