Hi @stephanielebas,
Are you using any of the plugin’s filters for the text? The text should say:
“every month”
“every 2nd month”
But your screenshot shows:
“2 months”
“3 months”
Thanks,
Thank you for coming back to me.
No, I don’t think so… What do you mean by plugin filter ?
I also have a text saying “every month”, it’s just above “2 months”, please see here : https://www.dropbox.com/home/Braintree%20Woocommerce%20Plugin?preview=Capture+d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran+2020-04-08+%C3%A0+10.45.45.png
It’s the difference between Length and Billing interval. The fact is that only the first option is translated (every month => par mois + 1 month => 1 mois). The other ones are still in English (2 months, every 2nd month…. etc).
Thank you
Hi @stephanielebas,
I did some more digging and discovered that the string every %$1s%2$s month is missing from our translation file. For some reason our POT program is not picking up that particular string.
I will have to add it manually and include in the next version of the plugin. So you won’t have to wait, I will add a commit to the current plugin version, 3.1.7, and you can just re-install.
Kind Regards,
@stephanielebas,
Just committed an update that includes that string. Let me know if it shows up in your available translations.
Kind Regards,
Thank you. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the Braintree plugin but this translation doesn’t show up in Loco Translate. Do I have to do anything ?
Best regards
@stephanielebas with Loco Translate I think you have to re-load the plugin’s translation file.
Obviously I don’t see it either in the .pot file ? :/
Ok, sorry, my bad !! Thank you.
So the first issue is fixed but the second one, “2 months” remains untranslated…

=> “every mois” it’s ok, done. But “2 months” is still there… https://stephanielebas-sophrologue.com/produit/coaching-reconnexion
@stephanielebas,
To confirm, you are now seeing the “every 2nd month” translate in the product admin page?
@stephanielebas,
I just added another commit that adds that translation string. For some reason, the POT software we use to generate the translation file is not picking up plural strings.
Delete, re-install, and go through the same process and you should see it now.
Thanks,
Thank you for your help !
Can you precise me the string I have to translate exactly through Loco Translate ?
Best regards,
