MXchat works for logged-in admin users, but guest users (website visitors) get an unexpected error that occurs despite using Pinecone and having barely 300 entries in the Knowledgebase.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @lordzibbar,

Have you tried to clear all cache from your server? Often admin logins are not cached and maybe there is a caching issue causing the error. Can you confirm if the frontend chatting ever worked? I’m also reviewing your website again to see if there are any further details I can see from there.

Any further information you can provide about how this came up would be helpful!

    Thanks,

    Maxwell

@m4xw3ll No, I am not sure if it ever worked for guest users as i always check with the admin logged in. The error showed the first time i used it without login in.

    Hey @lordzibbar,

I went back to do more testing and it appears you’ve removed the chatbot from the frontend website (understandable if it wasn’t working for you). I’m more than happy to continue helping get it up and running. If you’d like, you can create a new page i.e. “chatbot” or whatever you want. Then enable the chatbot only on that page. Let me know if you decide to do that!

    Thanks,

    Maxwell
