You can use the code on a page. The code in question is a shortcode with only three parameters that are id (folder ID), link (link to the page you want to target) and order_by (the default value for this parameter is the date of publication).
These three parameters are optional, so if you want to enter with the defaults enter the code like this: [issuu-panel-last-document].

Thanks for the reply. I tried setting up the plugin with my API and secret keys. But now I get a blank page when I go to Documents or Folders. I’m using WordPress 4.1.1. Do you have any idea why this is the case?
What settings you have made and which page tried to use the code?
I haven’t made any changes to the settings. I just entered the two API keys and hit Save. I can’t access Documents or Folders to change any settings because they just show up as blank pages.
You can create a new page and insert the code I’ve given you?
No it doesn’t work. I tried using the code and the page I added it to loads blank (not even the site header or anything).
In which website you are trying to use the code? A more recent case where the plugin generated a blank page is functioning normally.
Please, can you create an example page with this code?

I think this shortcode needs to be fixed, but now can not be fixed. Now I need you to do just one more test with this shortcode: [issuu-panel-document-list]. If this shortcode work I will need to release a version to correct the error present on your site. If it does not the problem may be in the keys.

Please check your keys on Issuu. In early March they implemented a scheme free users and Pro users. If it did not work with the last test is possible that the problem is or the account or the API keys.
