In early May I will release a new version of the plugin testing possible errors that may arise and correcting them.

I checked my keys a few times, tried generating new keys but nothing works. I deleted the test pages. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do. If not, I’ll just wait for your new version. Thanks!

    Hi Softvision,

I released a new version of the plugin. Please check if the plugin generates a blank page. If the error persists, check the Debug option in the plugin panel. The log file will be created in the plugin directory containing information of the functionalities.

The same error persists. I tried enabling the Debug option but I don’t see any log file generated in the plugin directory.

    Hi Softvision,

The log file is generated in log folder, in the plugin directory.

There is no log folder in the plugin directory (wp-content/plugins/issuu-panel).

See if this folder has write permission. It’s possible that this folder has not.

    (@softvision)

Permissions are 775 for the plugin directory.

    Hi Softvision,

Could you enable PHP errors, open any page with plugin shortcode and show the error that was generated? I don’t understand why the shortcode is generating a blank page.

    Sincerely.

I enabled PHP errors and that gave me a file permissions error for the debug file. I set the folder to 777 and it finally created a log file. I’ve pasted the output of the log file here – http://pastebin.com/mN3LPWDE.

I don’t get any errors on the page with the shortcode. I just get a blank page.

    Hi SoftVision,

I studied all the plugin and still could not find the problem. I saw your log too, but it does not indicate a problem (if an error occurs, it stops before indicating). Which server do you use? Please see if you have anything in the error log of your server.

    Sincerely.

I use nginx. Is there a particular log file that I need to check?

Please, search for an error log file. Probably the errors that appear should not be in it.
