Hi there, I’m wondering if there’s an incompatibility with the Divi theme? The floating widget is not showing, I already tried disabling all active plugins one by one to no avail.

By the way, adding custom css as suggested here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/widget-not-displaying-7/ also did not help.

Hi @aartsr ,

Thanks for using the WhatsApp plugin, please go to Floating Widget>> Select Account (type the name)>> Display Settings.

Leave your settings this way:

Thanks for the quick reply, it’s currently set like that. And I also tried the other setting and selecting all pages but that didn’t help either 🙂 Best, Ronald
