Site Reviews is proving to be a real pain.

I have gone to change the wording as it appears via the Strings/Custom Text Settings as instructed in the FAQs. I save everything. I check my test page. Everything changed as I want it.

I make a change to another piece of text. Save it. Now, all the previously saved changes are gone.

So then I make all the changes at once. Go to me test page. Not one single change appears. Everything has reverted to Site Reviews’ original text.

Pain that I can’t attach an image.

Now it is working after saving even more times.

    1. Make sure to click the “Save Changes” button after adding your custom text in the settings.
    2. If you are using a caching plugin (sounds like you are), make sure that you flush the cache after making changes. It’s not Site Reviews fault if your changes do not reflect immediately on the frontend if you are using a caching plugin and do not flush the cache.
    3. Friendly reminder that writing a review like this does not motivate anyone to go out of their way to assist you for what is essentially a free plugin. Remember there is always a face behind the plugin (and only me behind Site Reviews) and a lot of effort goes into maintaining it, adding features, and providing quality free support for all users. Thanks.
