Thanks for sharing those details!
Just to clarify — do you face the same issue when using a WordPress default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five, or does the problem only occur when the Flatsome theme is active?
Also, please share the following so we can investigate further:
- Your site URL
- System Status Report
You can find it under WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
Hello,
I don’t know for other Themes
http://www.buvart.EU, but woopayment is deactivate
I already sent system report on pastebin.com few day agoI don’t need support you need I just deactivate woopayment
Hi there,
I totally understand your frustration — I’m sorry to hear you had to deactivate WooPayments. I actually use WooPayments on two different sites myself and haven’t been able to replicate the issue you’re experiencing, which suggests there may be a conflict specific to your site setup.
If you’re still interested in using WooPayments, we’d love to help you get it working properly. To avoid affecting your live site, I recommend creating a staging site where we can safely troubleshoot.
Once the staging site is ready, please try the following steps:
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
- Activate WooPayments and switch to the Twenty Twenty-Five theme.
- Try to replicate the issue again.
If the problem still occurs, please share the staging site URL with us so we can take a closer look.
You can use the following plugin to quickly create a staging site:

I just warned you that your plugin conflicts with my store on the checkout page. I can’t do more than that because I’m not a professional.
Hi @irena2811,
Thanks for the heads-up—we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
It sounds like there’s a conflict between WooPayments and your theme or another plugin during checkout. While we completely understand you don’t want to troubleshoot further, your report helps us keep track of potential compatibility issues.
If you ever decide to revisit WooPayments or need help in the future, feel free to reach out—we’re here if you need us.
There is new upgrade but woopayment still don’t work
Hi @irena2811,
Thanks again for sharing your feedback. I understand how frustrating it is that the latest WooPayments update still doesn’t resolve the issue for you. Your input is valuable and helps us track down where conflicts might be occurring.
To assist you further, could you please share a screenshot or short screen recording showing exactly what happens on the checkout page when WooPayments is active? You can use https://snipboard.io or any screen recording tool you prefer, then drop the link here.
Also, while you mentioned uploading your System Status Report to Pastebin earlier, I didn’t see a link to it in this specific thread, and it’s possible the link may have expired if shared elsewhere. Could you please generate a fresh report by going to WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support, then paste it at https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com and share the new link here?
Once we have that, we can look more closely and see how best to move forward. Looking forward to your reply!
Can you go to http://www.buvart.eu select one product go to checkout and try to add city or post no. or … Let me know that I activate woopayment
Hi @irena2811,
Thanks for following up! I just visited your site at http://www.buvart.eu, selected a product, and went through to the checkout page — but I wasn’t able to clearly see the issue you described with adding the city or postal code.
To better understand what’s happening on your end, could you please share:
- A screenshot or short screen recording showing what happens when you try to type in the city, postcode, or other fields (you can use https://snipboard.io or any screen recording tool).
- Your System Status Report, which you can generate from WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support. Then paste it at https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com and share the link here.
With this info, I’ll be able to dig in and figure out what’s going wrong. Looking forward to helping you get this sorted!

It sounds like you are referring to the jump to the top of the page that’s happening after or while adding your shipping address. Is that the case?
If so, we cannot replicate this on a test site using the default StoreFront theme with only WooPayments activated. And the same is happening when you have other payment gateways enabled on the site, this means this is caused by something on your site likely your theme or another plugin. You can narrow this down by conducting a conflict test as per this article.
However, if this is not what you are referring to, we would need additional information to continue troubleshooting. Because when we checked your checkout page when WooPayments was enabled, what we mentioned is the only thing that stood out.
Looking forward to your response.
I sow you a problem if you can fix OK if not OK too.
