Hi @irena2811,
Thank you for your cooperation and contributions so far. Based on what we’ve seen, this appears to be a conflict specific to your site. While we can’t say for certain, there’s a possibility that another plugin is interfering with WooCommerce and WooPayments.
We completely respect your decision not to continue with troubleshooting at this time. However, if you decide to revisit it, feel free to let us know — we’ll be more than happy to assist whenever you’re ready.
I would like woopayment to work normally again, and it did, but with new and new weekly upgrades you have completely destroyed woopayment.
Hi @irena2811,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts — your concerns are absolutely valid. However, it’s important to note that updates to WordPress plugins are a routine part of the platform, often addressing bug fixes and introducing new features based on merchant feedback.
At the moment, we’re unable to replicate the issue on our end, so we can’t say for sure what’s causing it. If you’re open to further troubleshooting, particularly a conflict test, we’d be glad to continue investigating with you. Let us know.
I finally found mistake and need two months. If Gpay is ON make a problems if NOT it is OK So as I said this is only problem in plugin
Fix it please
Hi @irena2811,
Thank you for getting back to us after some time and sharing your findings. Just to make sure I fully understand, are you saying that the checkout problem only happens when GPay is enabled in WooPayments, and when it’s turned off the checkout works fine?
If that’s the case, this will help us narrow things down further so we can look into it more closely. Could you please confirm so we’re on the same page?
