So you are basically saying I should wait and have my fingers crossed you might release within time schedule and that might solve issues?
Even though I understand you re totally busy with V3, as a paying customer this is not the service I was expecting…
So what should I do in the meantime as you advise against using other image optimization plugins?

It was not a “saying” but a “requesting”.
of course if you don’t want wait , we will go with you.
from image server side , I see the images are optimized and waiting for pull back, but this pulling seems never happened.
Please check:
1. I see you have valutpress , it seems also have some security features , please make sure it doesn’t interfere with LSCWP’s operation.
2. Please check if your cron job is working.
I accessed your_domain.com/wp-cron.php manually from my browser, from server side I can see the number of images pulled back are immediately increased.

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply.
– I disabled vault press (which I have been using together with LSCache plugin without ever getting any problems)
– disabled firewall (which I had set up to whitelist Litespeed Cache IPs and has never interfered). There is actually nothing to edit/alter in vault press settings, so I don’t really know what to do here.
However, the situation has not changed and still only 1% of the images have been optimized.
I hope things get fixed in V3…

Since your new version is being postponed: could you kindly offer a solution to these existing problems me and various other users have been experiencing with image optimization?

I don’t see the ticket in my support panel, hence I have deleted the login credentials I had send in the email reply. As far as the image optimization is concerned I just discovered it is now at 3%…

It still is not working. As I see many users are reporting the same or similar issues I believe it would be best to release a global fix. But please do something about it…it’s been weeks now 😀
