Yet another Image optimization problem…

    I have been experiencing some problems in the last couple of weeks since trying to redo optimization.
    I understand there are a lot of images and it might take some time, but it has been stuck at 1% for the last couple of days without any progress.

    Current situation:
    13555 groups
    Images not yet requested: 13545 groups
    Credit level 4 and no way to increase it.

    what has been done:
    clean up unfinished data
    reset IAPI key
    send optimization request again
    ALSO tried with DESTROY ALL OPTIMISATION DATA but will never pass current credit level
    added pull request limit in function.php
    disabled firewall
    whitelisted LSCache IPs

    Just to let every potential customer now, even after 2 months this issue has not been resolved. All I am getting is some lousy excuses and general remarks.
