The plugin does not store and process user data on our server.
However – it loads map tiles from external map servers (see copyright at the bottom of the map) and uses an external service for the address search feature (Nominatim).
You are right – this would be the regular way. Maybe there are plugins available that could target specific images without link as well. The underlying image src points to a high res image.
It seems that your website the native WordPress dashicons are not loaded. The dashicons are available with every WordPress install and I assume you’ve deactivated them (maybe because of performance boost?).
So please make sure the dashicons are loaded and it will work as expected.
I’m traveling at the moment so things take a bit longer than usual. I’ll be back next week and look at your problem in detail. Can you please send me the export file via email?
If you zoom out you will see that your location marker is placed somewhere else. You need to edit the location and place the marker where it is supposed to be.
If you add a new location (in the front end) by clicking the “+”-Button a the form for location details pops up. Right below the description field there is an “Image” icon. Click this.
If you don’t see the field please make sure you’ve enabled “Image” uploads under Settings > Open User Map > Form settings > “Media Upload” fields.
