The payment option is currently disabled. That text is just part of the log and should just continue without any user input. I believe something is stuck in your restore process and I can take a look at our logs and respond in the forum ticket if you wish to continue.

Thanks for the feedback. It says on our plugin page and inside the plugin itself that we charge small fee for the DB migration and we provide the plugins, uploads and themes migration for free. We put many hours of work into this and we also need to pay the hosting for the plugin. You can migrate your Plugins, Themes and Uploads 100% free of charge. We only charge a one time modest $3.99 for DB migration to support our development costs. We do not have size limitations or any other premium upgrades. I think this is clearly explained in our plugin description too.

Thanks for your feedback and I’m sorry you feel that way about our plugin. We’ve worked really hard coding this but migrations are complicated and depend very much on the server configuration wich means there are very large numbers of different configurations out there. I wish you reached out to us via contact form if you had an issue or needed a refund. We do not want to charge for a subscription like other plugins do and only want to charge per migration. The 7 days is really an extended time for you to get that migration completed in case something did not properly move over the first time you try.
Please let us know if we can help with anything.I think your server may be running out of memory. For a 3GB archive to process you need a server with good resources. I’ll close the issue here and follow up via email for more details.
A simple plugin Disable/Enable will clear all temp files and will allow you to start over. We should probably put that in the Restore notes.
