I haven’t installed any plugins or themes yet so I’ll try re-uploading the files/folders and see what happens.

Yeah, uploading through ftp works fine but its not something the person who is working on the site will be able to do.

Yeah using the Appearance > Themes > Install Themes option.
The plugin worked fine and did everything I needed it to do but without the ability to post using XML-RPC it is useless. Is there a way to resolve this problem?
