While I understand the benefits of using the built-in AJAX filter, there are certain specific features and customizations that currently require me to rely on a third-party plugin. As I mentioned to internal support earlier, I would be happy to share my thoughts and feedback to help improve it, and I look forward to seeing the built-in option evolve and become more advanced, like most of ShopBuilder’s modules, in the near future.
It’s been over 10 days since I opened this ticket. To prove my intention, I even purchased the plugin so I could reach out to internal support for a solution. However, my replies have been ignored for a week, and the problem still persists.
I expected a smoother and more reliable support process after purchasing the plugin, but the lack of communication is very concerning. Could you please clarify if there is an issue with your support system, or if such delays are considered normal? I do value the plugin, but being left without any assistance for this long is quite disappointing. I kindly ask that this matter be taken seriously and addressed as soon as possible.

I have also tested it with products custom layout, but currently, the products only update when the page is refreshed. please let me know if there is any specific product-selector to hook with ajax filter otherwise hope you can address this in future

i hope shopengine adds some features for swatches module so no more users will ever need using a third party plugin for it in first place i would like to offer these features that can give a big advantage on this matter ,
i did all 5 steps active plugins are : elementor / woocommerce / shopengine / variation swatches by getwooplugins switched theme to twenty twenty four the problem is still there , here is the link for video

by the way i noticed 1 more thing here … when i enter a sub-category from category page, instead of opening only the specific category accordion, all category accordions will be opened which is not how i expected this to work while i set their filter option “show title label to [yes, show as close]” for all category filters. for example i have 3 categories and each have their own sub-category Category A : a1 Category B : b1 Category C : c1 now when i click a1 from category page i expect only A accordion to be open but all (A , B , C) accordions will be opened instead
and about “customization” i’m not exactly sure about the definition of “around” here but any sort of customization that can work as overlay color and can effect directly to the image itself will be very helpful, i want to set saturation to 0 when unchecked and back to normal when checked, here is an example i made …
