i don’t what happened but after changing the password in MyPhPAdmin

then rename the themes folder at wp-content and re-uploading the vars file
i was able to login to the dashboard and clear the cache after that the website works after that i re-install the WordPress to get a new set of core files
i also tried the steps in below to fix it but same problem occurs, is there a way to upgrade the WP without access the dashboard? i also can’t login to the dashboard due to that error

I’m totally new in WordPress do you have any idea where i can find this sdec, no one have touched the WP Dashboard for awhile it happened after the automatic update.
