That makes sense and yes, I was testing mostly as an admin user. Testing as a non-admin works as expected. That’s common analytics functionality and I just plain forgot that might happen.

Uncovered what may be a completely separate issue but suspect it’s related to my statistics problem.
I wondered if things would start working if I deleted one of the Knowledge Bases and found a few things happened.
I tried to just delete one KB with all it’s articles from the Manage KBs section. It deleted the KB but it turned all of the sections into KBs.
The linked files are misnamed because I just realized it was the sections, not the articles, that were promoted to KBs.

I was unable to delete these new KBs in the same way. I had to first delete the articles in them.
Here you can see the article inside a KB with its original section name.

Once I deleted the articles in the new KBs I could delete them.
Unfortunately, none of the above has changed my issues with statistics. I also switched BasePress to single KB mode and that didn’t help either.

Hello again.
No sooner did I submit my issue than I noticed my date range was off for the screenshots. There is 1 day of view data that shows up in the graph but after July 17 it stops. The new score data I added today doesn’t show up either.

As mentioned before, I’ve done multiple searches and no data there, even on July 17 or earlier.
