Sorry for late reply – looks like I figured this one out.
Another developer here had hardcoded the widget to the mobile header of our theme at request of the client – the subscriber count was apart of that.

In reply to: [Simple Shopping Cart] Blank Cart after Quantity, Remove or Page RefreshNot I’m aware of. I had been using Wordfence but unsure if it has caching as part of it. I’m at work but will need to test with all plugins deactivated. My theme is a custom one built off H5BP so unlikely it will be that.
If nothing of the above any other suggestions? A live, non-localhost test is the only other thing I can think of.

In reply to: [GD Star Rating] GD Star Rating & Widget Logic ConflictHaving the exact same issue but no idea why. Also narrowed mine down to Widget Logic Visual (as opposed to Widget Logic).
Looking through my Charles Proxy Response when Widget Logic Visual is enabled, it seems to send two JSON responses and probably the reason why its failing.
Anyone have ANY ideas? :/

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] 3.4 – Duplicate Closing PHP Tag in DashboardErgh nevermind – looks like a duplicate was added by my code editor. Unsure how that happened because a fresh download of the plugin didn’t have it, and i had none of the plugin files open at the time. All good!
