Thanks for the reply. Odd, now everything I mentioned is suddenly working. I am running a Twenty Twelve Child theme.

FIX: You must install the User Access Manager plugin, activate it, then activate this one.

Yeah, I am PISSED that it is not free either. I want this for my blog but NOT going to pay $30 and NOT going to use FLICKR.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT DOES THIS THAT WORKS WITH NEXTGEN?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
