It doesn’t work on any of the existing pages, nor does it allow me to use it properly on new pages that I create. It is a custom theme that was made by a team that helped us migrate our website from a custom CMS. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the theme files. Have you had similar queries before where a user could not drag and drop the rows and html boxes into the page? If so, how did you tackle it?
