Even I have reinstalled the WordPress Core just to make sure if a file was modified at some point.

Thank you @sergem but nothing is working.
Here are the steps I have taken.
Purged Caching
Disabled Caching
Uninstalled and Reinstalled Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk

Deleted database tables created by SPBC still same thing.
