The same error is received since first of October 2023. I modified the CSV and used different methods but the error still exists.
Any hint or solution will be highly appreciated!

Hi @rbb10 that is: #link_cancel# and not #link-cancel#

@darwin888 1. You can customise the date and time in settings. The Blocking Time settings allows you when to block the appointment from the current time.
2. have you tested the email test in the settings? did you receive any email?
3. Have you tried to remove the connection and re-add?
