Thank you for your reply. It turns out to have been an error during a recent transfer to a new web host. This has now been fixed so I’ll mark as resolved.

Thank you but this isn’t a problem with the plugin. Any plugin I install on the network is not showing up on the child site. This is a recent problem as previously installed plugins work fine.

But I’ve attempted to install several now and none of them show up.

EDIT: They do not show up in the plugin directory of the child site at all, only in the main network directory and on the parent site.

EDIT 2: I’ve just noticed this error message in my site health

Your site could not complete a Loopback request

Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: cURL error 35: error:14094438:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert internal error (http_request_failed)

Does that have something to do with it?

Thank you very much. I’m sorry, please excuse my ignorance but can you explain how to do this. I’ve never edited the css before. I went into the theme file editor but I can’t find the code that you refer to.

Thanks so much for your help.

@davidborrink thank you so much! I honestly never thought this was going to work but I tried it and it did! Thank you so, so much for sharing your solution so that others who encounter the same problem can resolve it too. I am so, so appreciative!

RossMitchell, thank you so much. I’ve just up a new SMTP Plugin and it is working! Something so simple and I didn’t even think about doing that. I am very thankful for you taking the time to reply. Have a good day.

Thank you very much for looking into this for me and for your reply.

I have finally figured out what went wrong….

You were correct in that it was caused by the order not having the status changed to “processing” or “completed”. I was experiencing a PayPal IPN Validation Error in WooCommerce and it was placing the order “on hold”. I had the incorrect email address in the receiver email box under the Woocommerce Paypal settings, so the order wasn’t being processed although I was still receiving the email notification for a new order.

I have now fixed this and it all seems to be working correctly now.

    Thank you for your help.
